Commercial Use License

Images, desktop wallpapers, and other downloadable files found on NEB Photos are offered free to use for personal, home use only.  For more information on the terms of use for personal needs, please see our Terms of Use page.

Individuals, organizations, and businesses who wish to use images from this site for any purpose associated with the running, advertisement, or internal/external communication of their business must purchase a commercial use license before images may be used for their purposes.  Commercial use licenses cost $40 for use of any current or forthcoming image on NEB Photos.

Payment for commercial use licenses is accepted through PayPal.  To purchase a commercial use license, follow the PayPal donate link in the right sidebar.

NEB Photos Commercial Use License grants the licensee the following rights and responsibilities.

  1. To use NEB Photos images as prints in interior design and other home decorating commercial ventures.
  2. To use NEB Photos images and desktop wallpapers on office computers.
  3. To use NEB Photos images in business newsletters, posters, and other forms of advertisement.
  4. To use NEB Photos images on commercial blogs, websites, and other online sites as part of the design of the site.  Credit must be given to NEB Photos somewhere on the site where the photos are used.
  5. To allow designers of WordPress Themes for sale to use NEB Photos images in their theme designs.  Credit must be given to NEB Photos somewhere on the site were the photos are used.

Any use of NEB Photos other than those listed above are strictly forbidden.  Please send questions to nebento at cox dot net if you have a use of a NEB Photo image that does not meet the above rights and responsibilities.  I will review the request and decide if permission can be granted.

Permission will not be granted for any of the following:

  1. To include NEB Photos images in a .zip, .rar, .tar, or similar compressed file for third-party distribution.
  2. To include NEB Photos images on a CD or DVD for third-party distribution.
  3. To include NEB Photos images in online photo galleries whether free or subscription-based.
  4. Any electronic third-party distribution, whether online or offline, of NEB Photos images outside of those previously granted.
