For yesterday’s roasted cabbage, I filled my mini sauce bottles with fresh squeezed lemon juice to spritz onto the cabbage right before eating.  While not a huge fan of things with lemon juice (I prefer lime!), this particular pairing was quite nice.  And  my bottles were so happy to finally be used.  Look at the smiles on their faces.  It isn’t often they they are pulled out and used in one of my bentos.
