It may be 9:43 p.m. on Monday, but I figure better late than never getting today’s bento posted same day rather than next day. Here we have two of the bread/eggplant/pepper/cheese concoction along with the cannelinni beans.
On the side I brought a quick salad using butter lettuce. I’ve never had it before; good stuff! And some pitted cherries. YUM YUM!
