		<description>OOOOHHHH !  My favorite pie.  I usually use about a tablespoon of flour sprinkled in the mixture that helps to thicken it when it cooks.  Pies have to be really cooled to set anyway but I&#039;m not about the looks when I am ready for pie.  It is all about the taste!!!</description>

		<description>This sounds really good!!! And if you want the sauce to set a little bit more you can try tapioca. My mom makes great pies (so much so that when she wants a favor from someone she bakes a pie first) and when she wants the sauce a bit thicker she adds a little bit of tapioca, which helps it stand a little better.</description>

		<description>Sadly I&#039;m the only one in the family that loves tart cherry pies. You do have to let pies cool down for at least an hour so they solidify. I (and my impatient hubby) have made this mistake many times, even with those frozen pies. It&#039;s just so hard to wait!</description>
